Who We Were
Founded in 2002 as Complete Body Dynamics, our journey began as a remedial massage clinic in Western Sydney, later expanding to a second location in Blaxland to better serve the community. Over time, our focus broadened to include sports massage, injury rehab, fitness maintenance, and full event first aid services. Since 2020, under the leadership of Rose Mercieca, we have shifted our emphasis to sports and event first aid and training—including courses, school events and general first aid needs.
Why We’re Rebranding
While our roots in performance therapy and sports support remain vital, our core mission has evolved. The name Complete Body Dynamics no longer fully reflects who we are and what we do. As first aid provision, training, and event medical services become our primary focus, the time has come to adopt a name that reflects our essence—and that’s why we’re becoming Complete First Aid.

- First Aid Courses on the Move: HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID009 CPR, and more—online theory with on‑site practical assessments in as little as 60 minutes. Certificates issued the same day. -
- Event First Aid & Sports Trainer Services: Our qualified team supports sporting clubs, school carnivals, gala days and community events by providing knowledge and practical application of general first aid, sports first aid, strapping, head/spinal injury protocols and AED use.
- First Aid Restock & Workplace Solutions: Comprehensive first aid supplies and workplace safety support kits, fully tailored to your needs.
- Sports Injury Treatment & Support: Continuing our legacy of massage, strapping and athletic recovery services for teams across NSW.
